Who needs PF & ESI compliance?
1. Who needs PF & ESI compliance?
Any company with ≥20 employees (varies slightly by state) must register under EPF & ESI. (For example: “Any establishment with 20 or more employees must register for EPF[28].”)
How long does PF/ESI registration take?
Usually 7–15 business days after document submission, depending on EPFO/ESIC portal processing
What documents are required?
Company PAN, address proof, 50% of authorized capital, list of directors/managers (for EPF), copy of registration/license for ESI, employee KYC (IDs, salaries).
What if I miss a due date?
Penalties apply (10% on arrears, plus interest). Our “Penalty-Free Guarantee” means we file on time or pay the penalty ourselves.
Can you handle multi-state registrations?
Yes. We manage PF & ESI codes in any state, and advise on state-specific laws (Professional Tax, LWF).
How do you charge?

Do you file TDS/Form 24Q?
Yes. Payroll plans include income tax TDS calculation, Form 24Q and 16 as applicable.
