Tech startup (50 employees in Delhi, 20 in Mumbai) growing rapidly.

Challenge

Rapid hires led to chaotic paperwork; PF/ESI enrollment lagged. Leadership feared fines and disgruntled employees.

Our Solution

We set up PF & ESI codes in both states within 10 days, issued PF UANs to all staff, and integrated with their HR software for automatic payroll deductions. We provided an employee portal for payslips.
